Tender writing for trade firms

The bid service, step by step

Everything happens by email; the final say stays yours.

  1. Email the link

We read the whole pack and reply the next working day at the latest. Leave us 10 working days at the very least before the buyer's final deadline.

  2. Secure your slot

Your £495 deposit pins down a hand-over date, put in writing, and sets the work moving.

  3. Collect your bid

The £500 balance releases the bid, which reaches you with 3 working days in reserve.

The free check

Tell us where the tender lives and we'll set out what the buyer is asking for, and whether we can take it on. The benefit to you: a proper look at our standard before you commit to anything.

Building your evidence

Pay the £495 deposit through Stripe. Then send company details, policies, certificates, a few past jobs with contract values and any earlier bids. In practice, everything you've already achieved becomes proof a scorer can reward.

Writing and checking

You approve and submit

The price includes a round of changes. You receive the bid exactly as it should go in, ready to paste or upload, which lets you skip the re-typing. Check the facts, sign any declarations and press submit.

Our word on timing. Should we let the promised day pass, every payment comes back. Bottom line: you can plan around it.

Trade by trade

The price of leaving it late

Deadlines pass and stay passed. A bid worth submitting can't be knocked out overnight, hence our 10-day minimum. Begin late and the opportunity is out of reach; begin now and our free check answers your questions by tomorrow.

Keep the pipeline full

Firm Bids Leads hunts down fresh public work for your patch and links you straight to the tenders. Spot one worth chasing? Wherever 12 or more working days are left, press Bid on this for me – £995 and we take it from there. Leads Plus stretches the net wider, and that buys you cover if you work across more than one patch. Notices appear daily, and the longer a lead sits unread, the likelier it becomes another firm's job.
